(r) to offer, attempt to offer, trade or attempt to trade in any item, the dealing of which is prohibited or restricted in any manner under the provisions of any applicable law, rule, regulation or guideline for the time being in force.
(s)You shall not create liability for us or cause us to lose (in whole or in part) the services of our ISPs or any third parties including individuals, companies, entities, organisations etc.

All information regarding any offers and promos including but not limited to offer terms, coupons, promos, redemption, eligibility, expiry etc shall be provided in the respective offers and promos. These terms may differ from one offer to other. Such offers and promos shall include but not limited to reference code, promo codes, discount codes.
The Platform description, Content, text, user interfaces, visual interfaces, photographs, images, pictures,

Swot Careers LLP, and we have worldwide, perpetual and transferable rights in regard to such Content. We

• Create instance of the tests (created by them or other members of their Company) by choosing
all or some sections from the Master Test Copy. For this purpose, the term “Instance” shall
mean a copy of a test that can be modified to have only certain categories, sub-categories,
sections from a test (Master Copy)
• Administer tests (both online/ walk-in). For this purpose, the term “Administer Test” shall
mean Conducting of Test.
• Set and Define Qualification Limit
• Send notifications to the qualified users

We are a career and study mentoring platform and our service gets delivered immediately after purchasing the package. As soon as the assessment module is taken, the report gets generated and delivered to the person’s correct Email address, as provided. Once the service gets delivered, we do not have any provision for cancellation of the service that the person has purchased or subscribed to.
